Kyokushin karate, or Kyokushin kaikan in its more formal presentation - full-contact karate, not the three-step variety. And full contact as in bare knuckle blows at close-to-full strength to the torso, along with shin kicks to the thighs and pretty much any other part of the body. If there's one stand-up martial art that can be truly called 'supreme' in its approach, it's Kyokushin.
